Has an international background from development projects and consulting, in Australia, the USA and Norway. In addition to many successful smaller and some very large projects and management responsibility he has two patents.

 

 

 

 

Representative projects:

  • CTO Ericsson Norway, for Multi Media Telephony System (MMTS) over IP.
    • Direct responsibility for 12 system architects and technical leadership for a team of
      60 Java  programmers.
    • Introduced new analytical development methods and modelling to achieve early correct design
      and  implementation.
    • The group had 22 international patent applications on this new technology accepted.
  • System Specialist for Ericsson Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
    • Had co-responsibility for a large successful 70,000 man hour Subscriber Services (SUS)
      development  project run over 4 design centres located in Norway, Australia, Mexico and Hungary
  • Partner and Senior Consultant in Systek AS, a Norwegian Consultancy.
    • Project leader and senior technical advisor on many state-of-the-art development projects for large 
      concerns, such as the Norwegian railways, Televerket, Ericsson, Kongsberg weapons factory,
      Alcatel, ABB, StatOil etc.
  • Systems Development  Engineer, Leeds & Northrup USA
    • Customer interface and system architecture design for large scale Supervisory Control and
      Data Acquisition systems (SCADA)

CTO – Hans Kristian Holmen
Broad experience with more than 30 patents within the fields of Mechanical Design, Design of Instruments and Control Engineering.

  • Research and development of vibration damping systems for boring bars and machine supports
    (several patents). The product has been in full scale production at Teeness Ltd. in Tronheim, Norway
    since 1970 and has a world-wide market.
  • Inventor responsible for development, production and delivery of Oil/Water Interface Level Measuring   Systems for Sub-Sea Crude-oil Storage Tanks. This system has been delivered to 15 installations,
    ranging from BERYL A in the North Sea to the HIBERNIA platform in Canada.
  • Research and development of ship automation system for monitoring the working condition of the
    Main Engine as well as Prediction of Maintenance to obtain cost optimal operation.
  • Development of a high velocity production robot with special emphasis on damping of mechanical vibrations.
  • First of its kind Active Wave-motion Compensator for a 200 tons offshore crane.
  • Inventor and developer of Instrumentation Systems for pre-warning aircraft pilots of extreme
    meteorological conditions that may lead to accretion of ice on aircraft and lately also pre-warning of
    thunderstorm conditions.

CSO – Frank Robert Berg
Has worked   internationally in the banking IT development, was Division director in Provida, and
EDP director for the Christiania bank. He is currently on the board of nine different companies.

  • Financial Supervisory Authority in Norway
  • Provida ASA
    • Division director of the Retail Division with products related to the core system area in banks
      Established a daughter company in Sweden, “Provida Financial Systems AB” servicing the retail
      business in Sweden.
  • Christiania Bank AS
    • EDP/IT director in Christiania Bank, with responsibility for all IT activities in the bank including
      strategies, planning, system development, system maintenance, operation, installations, 
      organisation development and all co-ordination with vendors to the bank.
  • Andresens Bank AS
    • System manager/Project Manager for several large projects in the retail area including responsibility
      to implement the SWIFT solution in the bank.
